If the latter, please note that is the case and we'll keep an eye out for them and do our best to keep you together. STEP TWO--Select Field trips & Meals for up to four people, including yourself.

    For each registrant,please choose your top four field trips for each day you wish to attend, and list the field trips in descending order of preference. For example, if field trip #12 is your most desired selection, you might enter 12, 3,4, 7. If you can't list four, list the highest number you are willing to have us consider.

STEP FIVE  SEND PAYMENT BY MAIL

For maximum accuracy in payment and registration, after you submit this registration we will give you a link for a mail-in payment form to be included with your payment to assist you in adding up your total payment. However, for reference, field Trips are $65/3-day-weekend/person. You can also pay by the individual days: $35.00/person for Friday, $35/per person on Saturday and $20.00/person on Sunday. Programs for children are $20.00/child/day, offered Saturday and Sunday. Breakfasts are $7.00/adults, $5.00/children. Lunches are $7.00/adults, $5.00/children. Dinners and evening programs are $16.00/adults, $10.00/children.  Please run off this form send it to us in the mail as soon as possible, with your check enclosed. Checks are greatly preferred to credit card payments as we have not included credit card overhead charges (usually around 5%) in our fee structures in order to keep these programs as affordable as possible. Checks also greatly simplify the bookkeeping systems for our small staff and overhead.
