The non-profit Arc of Appalachia Preserve System does not sell or share any information gathered or submitted on this site to third parties. We would only release this information if it was necessary to comply with the law, the terms of our internet hosting service, or other similar compulsion. 

 

What do we do with your information?

Your personal information, submitted when registering for a course or reserving lodging facilities is used to contact you with details. You may also be invited to join our email list, and to receive our physical newsletter, which is mailed twice yearly, and contains beautiful pictures and interesting articles. You may decline these invitations or unsubscribe at any time.

 

Your name and email submitted when joining our mailing list are only used for the purpose of sending updates and news concerning the Arc of Appalachia. You may unsubscribe at any time.

 

There is always a risk of information submitted over the internet to be intercepted by third parties. By submitting your information over the internet to the Arc of Appalachia, you agree to assume this risk. If you would not like to submit information over the internet for any reason, you are welcome to register for our courses or receive information by phone. Call our main office at 937-365-1935.
