Ravenwood is a historic millhouse overlooking the Rocky Fork Gorge on the west side of the Sanctuary. Fully remodeled, it is now a light-filled group lodge with five bedrooms and a capacity for up to 10 guests, making it an excellent choice for retreats and group gatherings. The lodge provides direct access to the Listening Trail from the backyard, which winds through moss-covered boulders, rock walls, small grottos, and rushing water. God’s Country Trailhead is also right up the road from the lodge.

The lodge features a fully equipped kitchen with two stovetops (eight burners total) and one oven. The living room has a lofted ceiling and two banks of picture windows, filling the space with natural light. A large front porch with rocking chairs offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the view, while a sheltered back porch is perfect for picnics. An outdoor campfire ring is available in the back (guests should bring their own wood).

Ravenwood has full bathrooms on the halls of both floors. The first floor includes three bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a full bed. The second floor has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. The lodge is fully air-conditioned, with supplemental units in the upstairs bedroom windows.

The first floor can be rented individually, accommodating up to six guests, or the entire lodge can be reserved for groups of up to 10 people.
